The 2017-18 wrestling season will be here soon, with less than 100 days until the first practice.
There are always opportunities to get better in the wrestling room, weight room or during competition.
We understand that not everyone wants to participate in wrestling year-round, but Fenton wrestling definitely provides the opportunities for those who do.
We have weight lifting each Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Any sixth through 12th-grade wrestlers can come lift weights at 4:30 p.m. on Mondays, at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesdays (with open mat to follow immediately after weights) and 4:30 p.m. on Thursdays (with open mat to follow immediately after weights).
The schedule will change once school starts and we will begin lifting four times per week and have open mat at least twice.
